• Galleries expire one year from the day they were posted online.

• All Pre-Pay School/Sports Galleries expire at midnight of the day your school/league is photographed.

• Sports leagues if you are charged shipping your league is mail to home. All orders will be mailed to the shipping address you provide.

• Sports leagues, if you are not charged shipping your league is deliver to league. All orders will be delivered to the league and they will hand deliver your order to you.

• If you are ordering from a second chance card (school orders after the original photo day), you are charged for shipping and the photos go directly to your house.

• Spring School Proof orders - If ordering before your school's deadline you will not be charged a late fee for shipping and photos will be sent to your school. If you order after your school's deadline you will be charged the late fee and photos will be mailed directly home.
